It would be nice to know if and how to contribute. Especially nice would be to know how to build/test the framework.

thanks for your interest. Do you mean how I build caat.js/caat-min.js files ?

Yeah, that mainly. And any other non-standard steps one would need to do to contribute patches. Maybe add a mention to the README?

Scripts necessary to build CAAT have been added some push ago. version.compile.pack.sh and version.compile.sh script files produce a build directory with CAAT final files.
