only #1 and #7 are about hyperadio-drupal8, the rest are either hyperaudio-lite, either hyperaudio-pad

I want to keep them all under the same milestone - I'm not sure we can do that if we put them in different repos. I'm concerned we'll no longer have a single URL where folk can see all the issues.
