Thanks! Wanna just remove the r/darknetplan and projectmeshnet.org links altogether?

I don't see any reason to remove /r/darknetplan, as it's still active. Should probably add MeshWith.me, though.

Project Meshnet may or may not be coming back in a bit, from what I've heard.
