Fixed cygwin/msys build on windows, it works again #79

tested build (in cygwin) on Windows 7 EDIT: then executed the above resulting .exe on Windows 7 (replacing the exe installed by Santa Cruz Meshnet) and all was working fine.

EDIT: cross-build also seems to work with this change (it did build)

It would be great if we could fix or automate the remaining libuv steps too.
