Someone emailed me earlier today to ask if my peer still existed, I've corrected it, it's no longer hosted at digitalocean for personal reasons, but I kept the config file for the peer, so it was technically always "working", the IP addresses here were incorrect however, so no one was actually able to peer with this public peer, as was the location and the gpg key which I've since changed. This should fix all of those issues. I ran tests.py just to be sure and it still comes clean, not that I expected any different since it's only changing some values, not changing the structure of the file at all.
