- what is the service called.

- should this be something else? contact?

- an array, since some services (like h.ipfs.io) have two or more ipv6s hosting the content

- what does the service provide?

Then we need tests to validate entries.

operator/contact might also be an array

it should be specified what protocol(s) a service uses.

This can be done in a uri field. What is important is that our tests are able to recognize the method they should use to confirm that the service is operational.
