Facing this error with both a fresh skeleton and demo install. Windows 11, Photoshop 2024

Is signing necessary even when running in dev mode npm run dev?

Would be helpful to have a section in the README about this as it brings testing completely to a halt soon after getting started.

Oops, this is one of the first things mentioned in the cookbook.

It might still be worthwhile to have a dedicated section highlighting it in the README.
