A bunch of features with a focus on:

• Fixing bugs and adding features to ease preprocessing of old tracks, including support for all file trees in ProTo tools, not just the preprocessed tracks.
• Updated Track Preprocessor to v1.5. Now stores a the full TrackFormat (including extra columns) as metadata (including a unique hash) which makes it possible to find and cache matching statistics based on the TrackFormat signature of the query tracks in a reliable way, and possibly also automatically populate such caches from all possible combinations of track format hashes. Requires updating the track metadata of all preprocessed tracks.
• Heavy speedup of "Analyse tracks" tool and in general due to disk caching of Analysis definition parsing and minimal runs.
• Improved debugging experience
• Large number of bugfixes, including concurrency deadlocks for reading/writing shared files
• Improved management of random seeds
• Started move towards TrackStruct by removing many instances of hardcoded references to two tracks (or three, including intensityTrack)
• Fix of startup issues (mostly due to dependency changes)
• Cleanup of old code, including removal of StoreBioInfo tools/code, wizard tools and track state code.

@sandve @dianadom Reviewing this PR makes no sense due to the size. Since the pros of merging is a enormously more important than any cons in the implementation. Just informing you. Will merge and update stable now, and update the metadata of all tracks.
