Release and deploy TrackFind client

• [ ] Remove BigBed support from TrackFind branch (again)
• [ ] Consider rebasing branch to remove BigBed back-and-forth, debug commits etc.
• [ ] Merge updated HB master (Proto + new file formats) into TrackFind branch
• [ ] Thorough testing of Example and BLUEPRINT repos
• [ ] Fix any new UI issues
• [ ] Make sure that caching works, both in TrackFind and in ProTo
• [ ] Release new version of HB with TrackFind client as default import alongside old tool
• [ ] Deploy trackfind client to stable HB.
• [ ] Create redirect URL: https://hyperbrowser.uio.no/trackfind. If possible, this should redirect to the tool within the Galaxy surroundings
