Fix HB tests #92

Make all tests in the HB repo run successfully

I fixed some of the tests here: https://github.com/hyperbrowser/genomic-hyperbrowser/tree/ft_pytest_proto_tool/hb_tests_fix but there is still quite a few remaining, for some of them it isn't really clear how they should work.
