Feature Request: Symlink Downloader #58

Adding a Symlink Downloader instead of needing to download the file to your PC.

This can then be renamed and stored locally pointing to an rclone mount.

This with the option to check if a torrent is cached as preferred or mark as failed if not.

fwiw, I believe rdt-client (https://github.com/rogerfar/rdt-client) has this functionality already
