Create a one pager app that can be loaded as a Safe app to mint hypercerts directly from a Safe

Describe the solution you'd like

• Use the starter repo
• Add a Safe manifest
• Create a mint form
• Use the hypercert SDK and tooling from Safe (https://docs.safe.global/safe-apps-sdk/safe-apps)

Describe alternatives you've considered

WalletConnect into Safe, but a direct app is a) more user friendly and b) not dependant on WalletConnect
