Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We need issue templates in our repositories.

Describe the solution you'd like We can re-use these. Suggestions are welcome.

The suggested templates contain some specifics for desktop applications. We could make it a bit more generic; otherwise I don't see any further problems.
