[Suggestion] Nether tracking #8

I don't know how hard that would be to implement, but what if you used "lodestone location" as the position tracked for the compasses. That would allow nether tracking for 1.16+ I guess...

I added the ability to track in all worlds if you are on 1.16 and above. See the new version here: https://github.com/hyperdefined/CompassTracker/releases/tag/1.3
