Rename "distinct sequence" #31

We should try to find a more appropriate term for the binding-based sequence.

Possible alternatives:

I'm leaning towards the following name changes:

  1. distinct_sequence to bind_list
  2. sequence to bundle_list
  3. multibind to multi_bind
  4. Alias multiset as multi_bundle
