Full support for Wayland compositors #11

So far, OpenGospel has been tested in X11 desktop environments. It needs to be tested on pure Wayland without the X11 compatibility layer. If it does not work, the issue needs to be brought up.

Tested development branch under Wayland (GNOME). The "Close" button in the "About" dialog does not appear, and always has a client side decoration. If the user forcibly closes the dialog by right-clicking the header bar and tries to reopen the "About" dialog, a white box appears, and clicking on it creates a segmentation fault.
