Fix some typos + add syntax highlighting to docs #11

Hi! I just found this project and it looks really interesting.

While reading the docs, I noticed a couple of typos and the fact that the code blocks didn't have Github's syntax highlighting enabled, so I made this PR to fix that.

Hopefully that's ok - still reading through stuff but these were just ones I found while reading the data model page.
