  1. Do we want that Bootstrap Period Rewards to be part of Bootstrap Period Staking?
    • YES or NO?
  2. Do we want Bootstrap Period Rewards to be able to be transferred?
    • YES
  3. How many nodes we estimate we want as the Max Number of Nodes that are part for of the validating set?
    • 100 or 1000?
  4. What is the Free Virtual Stake for Each Miner during the Bootstrap Period?
    • For Genesis Block the TotalCoin is
      1. Do we need dynamic #TotalCoins during Bootstrap?
        • NO, we need fixed TotalCoins during Bootstrap and each miner has a virtual balance of #TotalCoins/#MaxMiners

Can you please elaborate on 1)?

I think there is no staking at all during the bootstrap period now, should that change?

If you add Staking plus the Free Virtual Balance you incentivize the Early Bird to come in and stay. If you cannot STake the earnt balance during the Bootstrapp period there is not Early Bird Advantage and you only rewards the amount of CPUs/Procceses invested by the miner.
