Is hyperic.org down permanently? #23

I'm trying to build this project but maven requests to: http://maven.cm.hyperic.org/release/org/hyperic/hq/hq-common/5.8.6/hq-common-5.8.6.pom are returning `<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

I do not think it is temporary.
