Implement on-the-fly filter convolution in the Fortran code

Remaining action items:

[x] read in filters in Fortran code
[x] decide on behavior with raytracing
[x] write tests for hyperion.filters
[x] write numerical tests of results
[x] check that filters is not used with wavelength range
[x] decide whether to save frequencies or filter names (or both)
[x] carry out a real-life test
[x] write documentation

Idea: instead of using list, could do 'add_filter' then set properties on that

To solve issue with units, we can introduce a new method get_convolved_fluxes which would get the convolved fluxes in monochromatic units. Otherwise too dangerous to allow users to use ergs/s or ergs/cm^2/s as if they were nuFnu
