Implement support for raytracing when dealing with moving sources/dust #142

In https://github.com/hyperion-rt/hyperion/pull/93, support for moving sources/dust was implemented, but only when not using raytracing. Once that is merged in, we can start thinking about how to deal with raytracing properly.
