Re-run Pinte and Pascucci benchmarks #234

Following https://github.com/hyperion-rt/hyperion/pull/230 which updated the bit-level reference files, we should find and re-run the Pinte and Pascucci benchmarks to make sure that the results are still in agreement with the benchmarks.
