Multiple Connections #135

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to open connection with multiple devices

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have 4 devices and I expect to open connection w/ all of them, but for some 
reason I can only open connection w/ 3 of them, every time it comes to the 4th 
one i get a "Failed to connect" error.
Is there a limitation of connections that can be opened?

What BlueCove version are you using (include build number for SNAPSHOT)? 
I'm using Windows XP, bluecove 2.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.
