error in windows #63

I developed the application using bluecove in linux which was working fine.
At the end i used to play sound but i could not find codec of sound so i
moved towards windows home edition service pack 2 but it is giving some
exception when we are calling inquiry() method of BluetoothBrowser(). Any
help will be much appriciated.

Has your Bluetooth dongle been recognized by Windows Vista?

If so then start bluecove-tester webstart, enable debug, start discovery and 
attach
the log file created.
