Implement "goto references" to navigate to schemas that reference the location under cursor.

@jdesrosiers I'm having difficulty finding a partner to collaborate on this issue. Could you assign it to me? Am I permitted to handle this issue independently?

Actually, I'm thinking this isn't a good issue for GSoC. I think it will be a lot easier once #7 is solved. What do you think about taking on that one instead?

I've pinged slack to see if anyone else is still looking for a partner. If we don't get a response by this time tomorrow, I'll be your partner.
