Android surveys and in-app notifications #15

Android in-app notifications and surveys are working. Have tested both.

I also updated the documentation, added a compiled version, updated the changelog and cleaned up the assets folder (duplicate with the platform/android folder).

Does everything work as expected with the assets in the assets folder?

I was under the impression that things needed to be in the platform folder for the resgen stuff to work.

They are in platform/android and no longer in assets.

I think they were already in platform and removed the duplicate files in assets

Ah, my bad! I didn't look closely enough at the diff. :)
