We have some pretty nice deployment, checker, and govern tooling for EVM deployments that we won't very easily be able to port over to Fuel. We should decide exactly what parts we feel are critical before we maintain production contracts on Fuel and scope the work. E.g. do we want to have a checker script? How closely should it be integrated with the EVM checker, if at all?
