On-chain Account Abstraction primitives on L2 leveraging Hyperlane ICAs on L1

We have a bounty ticket available for a demo showcasing the use of Account Abstraction primitives on Rollups/L2s via Hyperlane ICAs on L1. The goal is to explore novel custody mechanisms that are secure and user-friendly, while being usable with applications and contracts on L1s like Ethereum.

To claim the bounty, we're looking for developers who can create a demo that showcases the following features:

Deployment of Hyperlane on a Rollup/L2

Create a rollup/L2 with native account abstraction features. Opclave is the really great example of that as an OP stack chain that can natively verify Apple's secure enclave signatures via an added precompile.
Deploy Hyperlane onto the rollup to allow accounts on the rollup to have ICAs on L1.
Show how a rollup account can easily own and move tokens on the L1. Maybe leverage something like https://github.com/hyperlane-xyz/hyperlane-monorepo/issues/2184

The demo should showcase the potential of these features to enhance the non-custodial wallet experience for users while maintaining the security of their assets. It should also highlight the interoperability with other Ethereum-based systems provided by Hyperlane ICAs.

Actually not sure what I was referencing here, dont think #3196 is completing this bounty, thus it is still open
