Hyperlane Universe visualizer #2199

The interchain is growing where it can be overwhelming to get a grasp on what chains are part of the interchain, what security models are available to use, i.e. what your options are as a user/dev.

This ticket is about building an explorer that can visualize Hyperlane as well as ISM and warp route deployments and their security configurations to give a comprehensive overview. The source of data can be the existing default deployments whose artifacts are in the SDK or registries like https://github.com/hyperlane-xyz/hyperlane-monorepo/issues/2178.

I would say right now the bounty is probably not super ready to work on since there are not yet sources of deployments that you could visualize
