BigQuery logs for relayer message delivery debugging

Problem

It's hard to look into exactly why a message or many messages aren't being delivered. Logs aren't structured perfectly and info is spread between multiple lines :/

Solution

• Spend some time refining log structure
• use BigQuery + Metabase to do some magic for better message debugging
