Nugget library release #156

When will the next version be released on nugget? I would like to use some of the newer features that are not available in the 1.4.0 version.

https://www.nuget.org/packages/Hyperledger.Aries/1.5.1 went out yesterday.

same Question ... i could really use some of the latest features, especially the did exchange protocol implementation: https://github.com/hyperledger/aries-framework-dotnet/pull/219
