Short description of what this resolves:
Resolves race condition mentioned in issue #163
Changes proposed in this pull request:
Add mutex semaphore when opening a new not-cached wallet.
Better tests than
already existing
couldn't be added.
Remove WalletAlreadyOpenedException error handling, since It can't happen with a mutex in place.
