Description of the Change

Currently, there is a new Java Client Library for the Iroha. These changes update the corresponding documentation section.

Benefits

New users of the Iroha will get actual information about the Java Client Library

Possible Drawbacks

RIght now documentation is very brief, needs to be improved in future with examples, troubleshooting, etc.

Since we managed to update the docs about all the libs I will close this PR. Reopen if needed — in this case please resolve conflicts first.
