This pull resolves the following

SendReceiveThread.DisconnectThread constructor assigned two fields improperly, having no useful effect
SendReceiveThread.handle never removed futures once they had been satisfied, so the futureMap would grow endlessly
formatting for sawtooth.sdk.messaging.*
