Update the README.md in libzmix directory #159

The z-mix library has been updated, yet the README.md has not.

Thanks for the commit! As part of this PR, would you also like to normalize all the references to z-mix --> zmix in this readme and remove or update the cargo.toml reference for the old hyperledger-labs project?

@dcmiddle Sure, let's see what I can do with this project (normalize z-mix to zmix). Disclaimer: I'm pretty new to libzmix.

Actually there's now a proposal to restructure ursa so that the zmix structure goes away and the crypto modules within it go to new places in ursa. Probably not worth more effort on this PR. The fixes that you made though are still useful as the refactoring I mentioned won't happen immediately.
