Code coverage reporting is a standard practice. We should

[ ] Add code coverage to the CI pipeline
[ ] Add code coverage info to the readme
[ ] Ensure that a baseline coverage is dependent on the state of the current main branch
[ ] Ensure coverage remains above baseline
