How to modify the PreferredMaxBytes parameter #146

What happened?

I want to modify the PreferredMaxBytes parameter. I tried to add env and modify configmap, but it failed.

What did you expect to happen?

I want to set a new value for the PreferredMaxBytes and MaxMessageCount params

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Add PreferredMaxBytes parameter in the order deployment file and configmap file

Anything else we need to know?

hlf-operator version: 1.6.4

Kubernetes version
