feat: test and update deploy cordapps operation #2509

Description

As an operator I want to have ops to add cordapps on the node and notaries post network deployment.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. cordapps can be added/uploaded to nodes/notaries
  2. documentation and chart readme updated
