bug(besu): Mysql user connection fails when deploying Tessera #2625

Describe the bug When deploying Hyperledger Besu with helm charts, tessera container keeps restarting due to is not able to grant access to the database with the user specified in the values.yaml file and continue with the set up.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Deploy the besu node helm chart with tessera enabled.
