Store build features, i.e. LIBURSA, BURROW, etc to `iroha --version` #1565

Debugging some random version of Iroha inside docker image, we found that it should be with URSA, but it reports errors with SHA2 encryption. It would be nice to see details of features enabled for a particular irohad executable, i.e. which flags were used during build.
