@ryjones , I plan to make maintainers.md file as https://github.com/hyperledger-labs/PerformanceSandBox/issues/71#issue-1263130662, what do you think?

Hi, @SamYuan1990 . It needs to look like one of the files I pointed to, with github IDs and names. Email and chat are optional.
