Unused createTempFile removed
remove() is simplified by using JDK8 API
exceptions intercepted in remove()

Coverage remained the same at 46.984% when pulling a50e313d2bec06969181953f5241e214c908c02d on fileutils into 07d30caa8b4b6760876176db82902401dd952666 on master.
