Introduce the checkpoint feature #15

This PR brings the snapshot feature into Blockchain Verifier, which allows users to save checks into a snapshot, and to resume checks from the point when the snapshot is saved.

@satota2 Thank you for the comment. I agree that the use of the word "snapshot" would be confusing, and I have renamed it to "checkpoint."
