Archive lab. #18

Archived labs are read-only, and they can be moved back out of the archives, if there is interest in reviving them.

@tkuhrt Thanks for the housekeeping. I'm planning to submit patches within this month, so I'd like to put this suggestion on hold for a while.

@shimos : Thank you for the update. We have been asked to archive labs that are no longer active (defined as not having a contribution to the repository in more than 3 months). We are happy to keep the lab open, but we request that you consider how to ensure that the lab remains active so we do not cause additional noise for both yourself and the lab stewards.
