upgraded aca-py to 0.7.1
set all auto flags to false where the BPA has a implementation to have this as a point of reference
fixed: allowing trusted issuer did to be set on more than one schema
manual auto respond credential proposal flow for indy credentials in v1 and v2 in backend
fixed: lookup for types 'a partner can issue' on the receiving side of a connection
