Model updates that cover both: see https://github.com/hyperledger-labs/business-partner-agent/issues/800 and https://github.com/hyperledger-labs/business-partner-agent/issues/801 this is already enough to answer presentation requests.
added disclose flag in UI - V1 and V2 anoncreds
adjusted credential card to add a hint if a credential is not disclosed
CredentialCard now also works for V2
latest micronaut versions
using slf4j2
