Initial commit of the pdo-contracts including the exchange contract family. Please read the associated commit messages for more details.

Minor comments -- not tested. Though changes here might be infrequent, it may be useful to add some integration tests, possibly to test both the contracts and new versions of PDO.

There is a full suite of tests. Did you try 'make tests'?
