Update go-perun dependency to v0.5.1 #145

Description

Changes in API are:
1. StateUpdater type: func(State) --> func(State) error
2. Proposal() method on base channel renamed to Base()
3. Treat off-chain address as "wire.Address" instead of "wallet.Address"
Also remove the initialization of payment app in go-perun framework, as we now use only Nil App.
