spec update adding link secret proof #144

I add The Blinded Link Secret Correctness Proof, and I changed some notation. Also, I add the verifying the Blinded Link Secret Correctness Proof under Verifying the Credential Request.

Decision made on the call to accept the PR and we'll do some cleanup of the terminology and Latex in a later PR.
