Added credential offer nonce details in issuace data flow #161

Sorry, there has been an error by me, n_0 is the offer nonce, while n_1 is the request nonce, so here I should have added the details of the offer nonce but instead I documented for n_1. I have opened another PR(#162) for n_1, and will update this for n_0.

I am unable to resolve rebasing errors, so I am deleting this branch
